Racingbeat Springs Istallation double check.
How would I know if the car got lowered .5 of an inch? cause it looks high, I asked the installers if they followed the Directions as in Reassemble the suspension in reverse order, with one exception! do not fully tighten either of the upper link inner ends, or the shock lower attachment bolt- just install the bolts "finger tight Lower the car to the ground and perform the final tightening after pushing down on the chassis to seattle the car. This method of tightening is difficult but important. If you tighten the rubber bushings with "Droop" the bushings can be over stressed and the height will be incorrect.
Well it looks like its factory height, but it is hard to tell cause its only being lowered .5 inch. How will I know for sure that the installers followed these directions, I asked them and they said they did, but I want to double check for sure.

.5 is not that significant unlike 2" it's not going to be that noticable. I measured my ride height before and after I installed S-Techs and Koni shocks. I then measured it at random to see if any settling had occured.

it takes a few days to settle. Took my RB's awhile and it was making me paranoid as well but you will notice a slight difference in a few days espically if you park next to a stock Rx-8 and look at both vehicles from the rear.
