I would hope not. One of the worst things you can ever do is brake to a stop after a blind turn on the track. He's lucky the car behind him was able to cut inside or he would have either rammed the guy braking or had to go outside and potentially hit the porsche.

The guy at the end of the crash running up the grass to wave other cars to slow down... wow. I know that they're a little easier on regulations in things like this in Europe but those are some pretty stupid people. I don't see any corner flaggers either. And I just watched a GT3 v. GTR youtube on the track with other cars... Effing chaos.
