Congrats to Britney and MB GP. The race was processional until the last 10 laps or so, then it went into "holy crap" mode.

I'd welcome a 3 horse race between McLaren, MB and RBR, so long as it's Webbo and not finger boy. Now bring on the dessert!

Yes... I agree.
Perez did something crazy holding Luigi back for so long.
I can't understand why Ferrari doesn't buy a couple of Saubers and paints'em red.

The race was anything but boring. The last quarter of the race saw some of the closest racing, head to tail, in many years! Around 8-9 cars were fighting for 2nd place!

Poor Vet, I believe other teams are starting to catch up and plus with the driver skill (the messiah, Alonso and other other drivers), his true colors are starting to show.

Red Bull's dilemma

Interesting article. Sort of explains something I suspected vis-a-vis Webber vs. finger boy.

Ha ha! Fingerboy. That name seems to be sticking. He seems like a rather nice dude and possibly more genuinely humble than my favorite but the number 1 finger gesture after every pole and win just smacked of extreme arrogance and grew very old quick. I hope he learns a lot this year on a personal level to truly become great.

Paul.

This was honestly one of the best races I've seen in years. I could have cried when I saw Schumacher retire because it would have been a Mercedes 1-2 I think. Massa terrible as always. I loved watching vettel drop from second to fifth. Hamilton and button did good but I think if Hamilton would have started from P2 instead of P7 he might have been able to catch rosberg. Hamilton fought traffic and his teams crappy pitstops all day and still finished close to button. Alonso did what he could no more to say really. Surprise of the day is senna. Great great race. He really seems to be getting better at Williams.

Despite his wealth, I don't think he knows how economics works. He's too used to established events or ones that are subsidized by socialist governments.

Alonso has no fresh tyres d'ho.
Massa, on the contrary, sacrified q3 to keep one fresh set of softs... I wonder if he'll pull a better race than nando tomorrow. Lol!

Nico Rosberg insists he is in a very good position despite not scoring pole position in qualifying, saying he is the only top 5 cars to have a fresh set of options for tomorrow's race. Should be interesting to see how he does. Looks like Red Bulls have really pulled out something special for this race. Not sure if it was because it suited their cars more so than the previous tracks.

His DRS gave out on the last sector during his hot lap. The mechanics tried to fix it, but didn't have enough time to go out to get a respectable time in. Heikki Kovalainen pulled out a freakishly fast lap time as the last car to drive past the finish line to knock Michael in the knock-out zone. A majority of the cars decided to run their options to eek out every last millisecond during the first qualifying in the final minutes. Cars that don't normally make it into the second qualifying were all of a sudden breaking into the top 10, pushing Michael further and further down the order and the Fin finally pushed him out.

Just an FYI.
2 Ferrari engine client cars are starting in higher positions than Alonso.
