Its about 70 miles west of me. Dont get too excited unless you have about 675K for the lot alone. Still, it looks like its going to be a nice place. The straightaway doubles as a landing strip for planes.

Am I the only one that sees a conflict of interest here? You know at some point in time someone will be trying to land a plane when there are cars on it. Even with all the precautions in the world to prevent this, natural stupidity will still prevail at some point!

That's awesome.

Too bad no one knows about my Tsukuba Circuit replica in my backyard.

If my memory serves me... it has one, maybe two(?) golf courses as well as a spa, 24/7 concierge, etc.
Way out of my price range until I plan to retire.
You would definitely want a private plane as well. Its in the middle of nowhere.

According to the site its "80 miles west of Savanah

That would put it pretty close to I75. Still if you have that kind of bank a private plane would be no big deal

I guess I'd better start saving/investing/selling my soul now...

Here's the track... I agree tho, using the runway as part of the course is just "plane" stupid but hey if Top Gear can do it why not?!

"Goggin says most residents will have a net worth between $40 million and $70 million, and their homes here will most likely be their second, third or fourth. Most households will be headed by a high-end car collector who likes to test his or her car’s performance firsthand. “The people who build here — and drive here — will be former professional drivers, current drivers and amateurs to semi-professionals,” says Goggin. “These guys know how to race.” "

Holy shi*t. Count me out.

Well, can I at least apply for a groundskeeper, Mechanic, consierge, driving inst. private pilot, security... at the place (if employees get usage benefits...) I guess I can get any schooling I need while the place is being constructed and by then i should be able to retire from my current job, and do whatever just for the hell of it...
