High flow cat is probably better for the environment. But mid pipe will probably give you flames + more gains.

At mazsport .net they have a dual resonated high flow mid pipe. Has anyone used or heard of it. They posted that it gives the hp of a high flow mid pipe but still keeps the car quite as if it keep its cat.

Also consider Rotary Performance's high flow 'SuperCat'...
Good luck on your choice...

The supercat looks impressive. I still have'nt figured out if the HP is pretty close to mid pipe. It looks like the better way to go though. thanks for the info.

I'd go with a highflow cat, but if you are turbocharged.... expect it to fry

I just got my midpipe in but didnt order the gasket/bolt kit.... Should I be able to reuse the ones on my current midpipe? Currently have the RP supercat and switching it for the resonated midpipe. Only had this supercat on for 8-10k at most. Thanks in advance!
