Damn dude, you even quoted what I listed that is "so awesome" about the LS7 and then you ask the question. I repeat: for 500 hp the LS7 is more compact, lighter and cheaper than other 500 hp engines.

Oh and get that Mugen engine **** out of here. We are talking about production engines. Not tuner or race engines. For those categories the Mugen would be sniffing a bunch of ***.
