Ya... I believe is the salesman that does the job... even if the company is reputable but if the salesperson is willing to go the extra mile for service, why not simply get from him? Alternatively cant blame those PIs, yes I agree some are hassle free but at the end of the day, what matters to us is that we can take delivery as promise by the salesperson... be it Pinnacle, WOW, Huayang, HyCarz and so forth...

Like I said, sure there is a wolf in a sheep's clothing.

i belive those electrical & electronic items r under warranty as those r not wear & tear items, it can gone faulty due to the heat produce from engine & S'pore temp. make it worst. As long willing to spend, always can try luck. I already start buying items from those shops since 03.
