Any major problems with the 8?

In view of rumours of a supposedly another recall. I would like to know if anyone experience problems with their 8.

And by problems, i mean problem that came with the car and not problem through misuse or modding or whatever.

I personally got no problems whatsoever excpet for some creaking from the rear passenger-side door. Maybe something is loose but it did not bother me enough to get it checked.

Other common problems i heard are fried coil packs (often in early batch of 8s) or condensing head or tail lights (often overseas but rarely here, maybe due to temperature fluctuations)

Recall or no recall, the biggest problem is usually with the driver... my car's capability is beyond the driver's (ie. me) capability! How to fix? Cannot sms and drive very well; not very good power slides, don't read racing lines well etc

darkelfin: Emperor didn't miss any category because there is no such car that has "No problems". Simply does not exist.

Haha.. maybe i left that out. But its 99.99% doubtful such perfect car exists. Maybe you aren't looking hard enough. If you are part of the 0.01%, we shall consider it a statictical error variance or just damn lucky.

Then its not a problem of the car, its the problem of the driver.

To solve your problem, look under major horsepower upgrades
