I read this thread: https://www.rx8club.com/far-east-asia-38/cup-holder-insulation-74013/ and then lastly went to Gan Motorsport's page to enquire about the Thermotec product. Emailed them abt the pricing etc and they were very helpful with quick replies.

I did mention that I am currently in Malaysia, and if it's possible for me to purchase it directly with them and have it shipped to a Singaporean address coz I have a family friend over there. They said its possible, but they charge $30 for that service. This normal? Thanks in advance fellas...

 

i think for $30...they can even send it over to malaysia if they want to.

 

I think it's better to pay the family friend $30 and ask him to go down to Gan Motorsport and buy it then post it to you in Malaysia. $30 is too much even for local postage. Your family friend could take a cab there and back even if he lives in Tuas.
