i think its almost the same after convertion. and shipping. cause japan parts only charge RM70+ for the shipping. its just RM60 less than from japanparts.com for product itself. i will give brunei a call tomorrow and check it out. thanks.

Does the blitz cooler come with full ready bracket for RX8? i don't think so right?

Kean i am thinking of customising 1 ATF cooler myself. only cost RM450. 3 inch ATF cooler. the cooler is made from USA. but the welding is done here. what u think?

B$600 was price including shipping & install...

RM70 is quite cheap shipping it to Sabah...as i was checking japanparts it charge B$112 to send to Brunei

Not sure abt the bracket...but the guy didnt have problems mounting it infront of the radiator..just like in the picture on the Blitz website.

Actually you can get really cheap bargain buying normal brand cooler...i mean not those famous tuner ones...i see the US guys bought some really cheap ones as low as just US$50...you dont really need the RX8 specific braket to have it mount to the car...you can make a custom bracket which any workshop or machine shop can make...

Amen to that...... ....... My New Years Resolution is to get myself a R34 GTR ............

But kinda hard to resist the new Road-Tax structure that drops our Tax further from Rm90.80 to Rm70.......

Lets just hope it isn't followed with an increase in petrol prices like what happened last year

this would be caused by either engine oil blowback or the oiled aftermarket intake...might want to have a regular cleaning on the MAF

i read ppl in the forum telling that over filling your engine oil may cause some or little oil blowback to the intake...just install a catch tank...its a cheap mod anyways and could save you a whole lot of trouble

another thing if u r using an aftermarket intake which uses oil on the filter cone(HKS,K&N,Racing Beat?)...overtime grease/oil can be accumulated in the tube or the MAF...thats why its recommended to clean your MAF sensor everytime u clean your cone filter

Lennon,

I changed my exhaust to HKS Legamax and also using a drop in KNN Filter.

Somehow, I am not getting the same amount of Carbon Deposits in my exhaust tips compared to previously. The deposits seems somewhat brownish versus black soot. Am I running lean?

I'm keen to go Dyno and check my A/F lor. Worried

Better go dyno at Amoil...... I can access the dyno graph there....... Auto has a nasty history of incompatible with aftermarket mods......
