the cost of us to have a rotary specific track day would cost approximately RM20k (thats what i was updated for 1 whole day)

This will be stage 2 of Racing For Charity Track Run and if we have the same amount of cars we still outnumber every other car club in Malaysia and all in the name of charity.

This time though we shall work together to iron out couple of things. Some input-

1) All trackers to print and complete indemnity forms before arriving. (will work with organisers for that)

2) Single Representative (perhaps more than 1) to submit and collect tags and stickers. ( Would suggest to organiser to have us register separately considering our huge members err numbers i mean

Please add more on any issue you think we can do better. I believe this will lead to a better more organised track day!!

 

Designated pit perhaps? So that each car clubs or groups have their blocked by cars that just came back from a previous run. If car clubs = groups, it'll look great on the camera. A pit full of rotaries.....

Good idea! Send me the indemnity forms and I can get the SG RE guys to fill them up before we leave. Sure... I can collect the tags/stickers on behalf of the SG REs.
