RX-8 Owners In Germany

It was an open pit event so we were lapping on a track and not an autobahn technically
Cameras were allowed.
This is the mounting point i usually use (notice how the adenau forst owned me..) :
I just place the suction cup near the rear view mirror and flip the camera back, you can hardly see it from outside. Then i losen the screw and place it back straight (upside down) and i'm good to go

This reminds me of one of friends spin on that turn
Fast forward to 2:30 for the action and you can see as I pass him when he spins around.

The GoPro HD's arrived today! Wish my car wasn't crapped out so I could go test it out. Oh well. Gonna hand them all out at work tomorrow so I'm looking forward to seeing how stoked everyone is gonna be, then we go bungee jumping with them!

A little short on money so I am going to have to skip the 10th. Finally have the exhaust on and my ignition upgrade comes in next weeks. Shooting for Hockenheimring on the 30th if anyone is interested. BTW Agency Power sounds amazing.

got a question for the germany guys, are Triumph dealers/cycles common over there?
i'm looking to buy a Tiger in a few weeks and need to narrow my shopping options. From what i see it looks like I'm gonna have to go up to see the Brits or ship one from the states

ya i dont know why i said dealers, i already know where the dealers are. i meant more like are the bikes prevalent in your area. theres a couple dealers right here in my area, but i have NEVER seen a Triumph on the road here. much less the one i want. I'm asking more for looking into the used 09/10 market in case i go that route.
of course there are loads of them right across the chunnel. but they are expensive, and i've had rumor that bringing something back from the UK is just not worth all the red tape they cause

I lost count of how many inches we've had in the last few days...but judging by the pain in my back from shoveling at least twice a day...I'm gonna go with a total of about 12 inches. That's not including the snow that slid off my roof...giving me another foot to shovel off my driveway

Lucky guys, at least you get snow!
It's been cold for a week here, sub zero. Now it's 16° outside with heavy rain all day long. I can't take the car out because the garage entrance is flooded lol!

last year I had no trouble getting around with proper tires in 7"(17cm) of snow on the roads. it was quite amusing to see some of the vehicles that were stranded actually.
This year I have heard it is considerably worse, but I have been in the states since September and doubt I'll be back before spring

She's not doing too bad, all snow considered I still manage to get up the hill out of my village. She's had a bit of a break right now though...decided to go to Ireland for Christmas. So I've got some ridiculously small Hyundai that I'm beatin the crap out of...driving on the wrong side of the road...haha!
Merry Christmas ya'll!

Does anyone have any experience with getting a new engine under warranty in Germany? I'm pretty sure my compression is low, and I would take it to the dealer but I don't have time with work, and the one time I did go they were jerkfaces and I really don't wanna go back to them haha. Anyway, I PCS in December, and by the time I get the car back in the states (assuming I go) it's going to be close to the warranty running out. Any help would be appreciated, the warm no-starts are really starting to get annoying.
