overall mine have been ok, though i am worried as mazda dealers seem to open up and close down all the time, and get this, they don't even have to tell you! they just dissappear! (something i found out when maidenhead closed and i was stuck with an mx5 and no where for miles to service it)
i think its unfair to pass queries on to the head office, as when you oder the car its from the dealer, not the head office, they should go the extra mile for you to find out what ever it is you want to know, not just push you off to some call centre!
anyone had anything great to say about their dealer?
............?

Really happy with my dealer, Westleigh Mazda in Southend - so much so that I'm going to move there.
Initially I wanted to place my order through my local dealer (Docklands) but they never managed to answer any questions or call me back. I stood there, cheque book in hand, and they couldn't get there act together.
I guess as with so many things, dealers are just variable. If you don't get on with one, try another - they are all competing for your money!

My dealer, is always pleasant and as helpful as he can be with the information he has, when I'm present.
Although I'm sure I'm one of the furthest things from his mind while I'm not there.

I seem to be breaking dealers at an alarming rate,
two dealers have now left the dealership since i placed my order, at the moment I have no idea who's responsible for preorders.
(been waiting for them to call me back this afternoon, although they've not yet managed to return any of my previous calls, so I'm not holding my breath)

My dealer is awful, no unsolicited communication at all and rerely returns my phone calls. I will be changing to another dealership as soon as I've had my print!:p
