Canadian Homies, just wondering what you think of this Autobahn kit. Ever seen one? How this fit? Look good?

rx8thunder,

If you want something similar to that, try to find the Mazdaspeed Type 2 bumper.
I posted pics of it awhile back.
It looks similar. Plus you'll have the benefit of being OEM. Meaning, the bumper isn't fiberglass. Which I'm sure the one you posted a pic about is.

Mazdaspeed for the win!

theres one local guy that tried selling his autobahn kit, hes got a black 8,iève never met him, and resides in missisaauga, dont think the sale went through. The autobahn kit is really awesome, ferrari look for the 8, you should check out Ngos 8 on the forum, autobahn front, sides, and kenstyle rear, really sweet combo. The autobahn will take a bit of work to put on, but i think at the end youll spend the same if not less than getting the mazdasseed front after paint and fitment.

The type 2 mazdaspeed is really smoking, but there not offered by mazdaspeed officially. Accolade offers them, but good luck getting your product after paying, and once you do, expect to pay heap loads for paint and fitment, its got the worst quality of them all

my mistake Neo, realized hes means the facelifted mazdaspeed kit. That looks aggressive, but I wonder if it would fit, since the headlights are different on the original and the facelifted versions.

My favorite body kit on the 8 is the Mazdspeed Version 2, C Spec Front, wish someone would make a proper fit of it. Should go back to the homeland and give them a talking to, maybe theyll make a proper one for one of their homies, lol.

I would do the same front, same sides, but stick with the advan model 5 in 19s. Thats my perfect kit.

Now Thats teh Sex

You're right, hadn't made that connection. They are sweet wheels, why are they being discontinued?

The type 2 kit looks really similar to the Autobahn. But from what you are saying, it sounds like it may not be the way to go. Perhaps we should chat on the phone when you get a chance... Want to get an update on the new muffler anyways. 905 510 3902

Heading up to see Joe today...

also theres differnt types of vendors, some that slope down and curve near the inner slope line of the headlights.
