What do you guys think?
Hey guys,
I started another thread about this in the "Multimedia/Pictures" section, however, I wanted to post this for my local posse! lol So I've been thinking of getting gunmetal Mazdaspeed 6 rims for my 8 (after my buddy showed me how hot they look on his Mazdaspeed 3), along with maybe the Mazdaspeed front-end/lip and I'll keep the rest OEM appearance styles. I might go with the Mazdaspeed spoiler, but I'm not sure as I love my OEM spoiler. Here's my car right now:
And here's what I wanna end up with:
My buddy with his Mazdaspeed 3 pictured here:
What do you guys think?
Thanks and God bless you guys!
Ben.

way too busy with those rims, and good luck getting those at a decent price, ive seen them priced at 1600 on the mazda 3 local forum, with no tires. the mazdaspeed front and sides are popular, and so is the wing, but go with different rims, and diffently get an exhaust or exhaust tips, look how tiny those tips look on that picture u posted, doesnt go with the aggressive look of the kit.

And as for the kit, it was just an idea....I won't go with all the Mazdaspeed stuff. Prolly stick with the appearance package for now and swap in certain Mazdaspeed parts that I like (like the front bumper and rear spoiler).

Wow, God-willing I can get a better deal than that - it was just an idea, but if it becomes feasible (I'm sure somebody might be selling their Mazdaspeed stuff one day) sometime in the near future, I'll go for that. I love the look of my car right now, but later on, I'll prolly end up doing something like that slowly over time. Thanks for your input guys!

If I could really have my choice of rims, I would get these....minus the new RX-8 trim, cuz I honestly love my RX-8 trim better than the new one. I'd just take the wheels! lol

those are offered in 19s too, well you could just wait for the 09s to come out, bet more owners will sell them so they can get something else, just a matter of how much they want to sell them for.
My two choices are
with this kit
along with the hood scoop, might lose the strakes and go with the chargespeed vents

The last kit is pretty hot, minus the eyelids on the headlights. Can we fit the 19" R3 wheels on our 8's without any further modifications? Will it affect performance/gas mileage?

pretty sure the r3 would go on with no issues, should have no problems with the odo or fender clearance, it might not be the greatest for tracking if your into that thou, perfomance wise 18s are the middle ground , but you gotta decide if you want performance, cause if you did you wanna look at light weight rims like gram lights on the rpf1s by enkei, or if ur hardcore perfomance you wanna go with a 16 inch rim, lol.

幹他媽!
the rotary accent wheels on the 40th anniversary rx-8 cost almost $1500 each i hear. personally, i'm not crazy about the ms rear bumper. but, i do like the ms wing and nose. not feeling the wheels on your friend's ms3 either.
but, get whatever makes u happy and post pix when ur done.
