Just trying to get a feel for how many people have Rx-8's in Montreal Quebec. hope Im not the only one.

I recently bought my self a 2004 Rx-8 GT Titanium gray with the works, but no nav package. Only using it for a summer car and something for me to grow into a bigger project. Anyone doing something similar around?

Hey Im from Montreal 04 rx8 Velocity Red GT with navi!! There are a couple more people, such as Spicez and Kadavr, but he recently sold his car

Hm.... I can't really meet at julip, too many weddings this summer. If you guys can make a date to go to, I'll let you know.

 

I'm from the Montreal area (Chambly), there is a couple of Rx8 on the south shore I usualy see at least one per day.

Some of them are also member of the Club Rx Quebec (http://www.clubrxquebec.com)
We hang out once a week at St-Dorothé (near Laval). Most of them are rx7 owners but since this year many rx8 members joined the club.

As a member of the club you have access to the RX club store where you can find some stuff for your rx at a very low price. The profit is then used for the rx club, we have one huge meet per year at the end of the year.

Congrats for your new acquisition, I hope we can meet some time... not at the Julep for sure. Say hello if you see me on the road, I'm easy to spot. I'm one of the few with a red Mazdaspeed kit in Montreal.

Im the rx8 with painted red calipers and a red painted wheelhub thing. Vr rx8 ftw !

 

I'm not surprised, my car is a garage queen. I might see you if you come to the rx meet at st-dorothe in two weeks, I should be there.

 

Titanium grey right here, living in Vaudreuil. Moving to the West-Island in September though. Pretty stock here, except for rx8club.com sticker.

 

It seems everyone got the navi! lol to bad I dont really get a choice with mine. Im gona join up the quebec Rx forums to keep me updated.

On a ligher note, Ill be developing pictures I took with a friend of mine of my 8 and his Mitsubishi Galant. We took em in anjou at the Gals.

Anyway nice to see the variety of Rx8's in mtl.

BTW does anyone know who drives a White 8... the guys Asian maybe late 20s and mostly around Anjou. I saw him like 4 times the other day just going around.. and was like wtf!?

 

Hi! i'm living near Montreal and i prepare a RX-8 for racing. The project still going on and in three races we've got 2 podiums. Next race it's for september at ICAR Mirabel or for the classical event at Mt- Tremblant.

Dude I would love to see your shop where your working on the 8. Gives us all ideas on what enhancements we can do for the street.

BTW to all, I'll mention it now, because youll eventually all find this out if I meet you but Im a recent graduate at Concordia in Film Production. And I actually had the idea of making a street racing documentary since I love cars and JDMs and the entire culture that Im now sucked deep into. So maybe one day Ill ask some of you guys for some help. Who knows?

No need for any "enhancements" for the street, the car is great already. However the only thing that it's lacking from factory is a better sounding exhaust.
And don't forget to use at least 5w30.

Btw, nice pics, but next try having the front wheels facing the camera.

Ive seen the asian guy around allot too.
Dont know his name, but I spoke with him at the Ultramar before langelier before.
He also owns a White Mazda 3.

I have a 2005 SS rx8 nav but its A/T due to parents fault...-_-' and im in north mtl

 

bummer, for the A/T.
