I'm not really sure where and when you guys meet for the season opener, but I'll come out if you don't mind a newb at your meets.

Early April sounds good. I'm planning to put the insurance back on my 8 by April 1st.

Its been such great weather this week eh? Did a 3 hour full exterior detail !!! washed, polished, clay bar-ed and waxed :D ! She's just about ready to go !

 

Ok so if everbody is getting their ride on because the weather has been just awesome, where do we all meet.
Early April sounds fine to me as well, Gives me some time to put my oil cooler screens in (fingers crossed)

 

I have given up on starting meets up, last time 15 people signed up, and only 3 showed up. I know the selected few that keep their word. And if i wanna go for a cruise, I know who to call up on.

 

I'm in Oshawa as well, I just pulled my car out yesterday.

if theres ever a meet you guys should relocate the meeting place close to everyone and not just in markham, central GTA perhaps, so people from mississauga and brampton can come as well, just saying =)

 

Last two season openers have been 400/Hwy7 (Dave&Busters lot), and QEW/427 (Sherway Gardens lot). Turnout is a crapshoot, but for a season opener you're guaranteed to see at least a few familiar faces ... or cars, depending how your memory is. XD

So the only \current\ event thread I see is the Dave's Open House one, is that something people are interested in? If not, I could probably be persuaded to post a little something.

Sadly, out for tonight, as well as next Friday. Work again! If you guys meet, hope it's a good one.

I was gonna go there last night too but turned right at finchand went east to mccowan to try the Congee time that's open there. Cheap food but the decor I.e ceiling has a stupid design. No one should ever do smooth ceilings in conjunction with smooth surface floors. The place was echoey like a bathroom despite the 20ft high ceiling. Stupid owners....

 

Cool, was nice yesterday, warm enough to break out the summer rides haha... I'll be putting on my summers soon.
Hm haven't heard of congee time, thanks for the warning/review. There's a new congee queen opening in scarborough hopefully it's as good as the markham location.... the north york one is definitely worse.
