K, couple O noob Qs, if ya don't mind

Hi!

I've been searching stuff and trying to get answers to a few easy questions.
But if any of you are like me and just enjoy typing a bunch of stuff on forums, then perhaps someone will answer these questions without pointing to the "Search" button.
Have had the car maybe, less then 2wks now.

Anyway here goes:

How many clicks do you guys get on a full tank O premium?

When the low gas light comes on, how many clicks would you guess are remaining?

What can trigger the alarm system? (ie: Broken window? yanking on a door handle?)

Is there really a 'Beep' if you hit 8500 rpm? or any other rpm?
Is it a rev limiter or a gas cut off when you redline too far?

I stalled it after starting it once coming out of a parking spot. It started right back up and didn't flood. Safe to assume this would be more likely to occur in the winter time?

Speaking of winter, what are is the best recommended winter tire SIZE? (my stocks are 18s)

Just to add, a while back I used to be a Canadian mod on the mx6.com boards. Drove my little v6 Mx6 for err.. 6 years.
It has a small shot of nitrous, lowered, some minor engine and trani work, etc etc.

Thanks guys. Your input is greatly appreciated.
I'm a little sad I missed out on the MoM event. Would have been nice to come out.
Perhaps next time.

I'll answer the easy one because I'm too lazy too to search the answers for you.

The other day I filled up after having the gas light come on for about 50Km, I filled up with 55 ltrs. My guess would be that you could go for 75, then you could start thinking about $#itting in your pants if you're in the middle of nowhere.

Anyway, welcome aboard and nice choice of colour.

Search search search ... seriously takes 2 seconds

Mileage --> 300 to 450/50L ... giant threads available galore (in our section)
https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...nadian+mileage
https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...t=winter+tires

You have 10L left when the light comes on .... take your worst ever km/L and multiply by 10L ... for me that was 50km

Beep? --> go drive the car in 1st gear till you get to ~65km/h ... see what happens(turn off your stereo)
Rev Limiter --> try same procedure as checking for beep
https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...ht=rev+limiter

Stall? --> stalling in winter does not occur more often unless your clutch leg is frozen from the cold
-recent flashes take care of flooding issue ... just don't noob it up and move 3 feet in the cold and shutdown the car
https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...t=rev+shutdown
(rotarygod's post)

Wintertires --> 2 giant stickies and a giant threads in our Canada section (basically use 17s')
