intake and strut bar and screens could be done all in one shot, expecially since wcs and i have done this just recently on mine, pulley would be straigt forward too since the bumper would be off and stock airbox out of the way. Fluids are eqaully too time spent finish a beer or two, lol. So ya, dont think its going to take too long that day.

My knowledge about cars is pretty much completely theoretical, and has been since I was 12 years old (when I first laid eyes on the FD). I hope I don't get in peoples' way, but I'm hoping to learn a lot from you guys :D

I basically agree, but remember the black plastic clip what a PITA. I don't have that many spares anymore. So we will have to be extra careful.
And the RB Rad Screen was a real bitch to align correctly.
It would also be useful to do the Mazport Ignition Mod while all the **** is out, and I've never done one of those before so <shrug>.

The sways I don't know about either.

Fluids yeah... mmm fluids

I still say 6 hours

Jay, so it's 10am at the meet point, or 10am at your house?

I have blue-magic polished entirely both the centre pipe and my exhaust.. I'll bring the blu emagic for anyone wishing to polish their metallic parts.

Like I said, we're bound to run into a few problems.

I think I'll join you guys early. Lend some extra hands with anything that needs to be done.

I'll be bringing my socket set along with 2 stands. Just in case. Always better to have a surplus of things then not having anything at all.
We should tackle the heavy installs first. Get those guys out of the way and then tackle the little stuff.
Dropping and replacing exhausts shouldn't take too long.

If I can I'll even bring my creepy crawly.

I can't wait!

Going to be a great time!

A tad off-topic, but what is the ideal wheel offset if your rim is 18x9.5 and your tire is either a 235/40 or a 245/35? Objective is to line up the rim/tire with the outer edge of the fender.

Love this community thing -- almost more fun that driving my 8... almost

I'm not sure I do, but I'm noticing that my shifts aren't as smooth compared to a few months ago. Maybe some tranny oil is needed?

alright wel, its ur choice too, mazda recommends swap fluids at 53 or 56, im beginning to do it relgiously every year, 20 bucks is nuthin if it means a longer lasting tranny, let me know by tonight if u want too, it's gonna be about 20 somthing under 30, cause the tranny takes jus a bit over 20, and seeing what the consensuse on how many ppl wanna do a fluid swap, it'l ba max of 25 or as a low of 21, i know its weird math, but it makes sense.
