My RX-8 got rear ended by a Suzuki Vitara on a red light in 2008. I had a full stop at the red light, then i let go of my break pedal since the light just turned red. The Vitara stop behind me for like 5 seconds, then suddenly move forward and rear ended me. He claimed that he didn't see my brake light, so assume it's a green light....... I got him to get me an OEM rear bumper only. $900-ish for everything.

 

The have to pull the rear quarters on both sides, replacing the trunk lid and the rear bumper, both tail lights, and i am sure there are a bunch of little things too... other guys insurance is paying at least!
