canadian rx8 interiors..help!
hey guys,
just wanna say this forum has given some nice advice on everything to do with the 8....anyways
im planning on grabbing a black 07 GT within the next couple of days ... and i dont want any other color
the problem is, based on the mazda.ca site, the only interior available color is the sand leather....which i think looks like ***
im pretty picky bout this and am even considering looking at an 06, just to get atleast some balck leather in there
can anyone let me know if theres a way i can get black on black for an 07 gt?

I've seen the 'sand' leather and I kinda like it. You can always buy the seat covers

Welcome to the club.
Have you seen them in person or are you making your decision (that they look like ***) based on what you saw on mazda.ca? Maybe they look different in person. Even if they do look like *** you wouldn't even see them because you would be covering them with... well... your ***.
Seriously, if you really wanted the 07 with a seatswap I'm sure that the stealership could accomodate you but they'll charge you real nice for that.

Many manufacturers let you order custom colour combinations: Roll-Ryce, Bentley, Ferrari, Aston-Martin, Mercedes-Benz, BMW...
Shee-it...I can't even get my dealer to custom-order the little nib that holds my floor mat in place...

Aye. I don't know if I've seen a black on black since 2005. The sand leather isn't that bad, actually. It'll probably save you on a sunny day, when the black exterior turns the interior into a sauna, and the black leather burns your... back...
Lots of black 2005s around, if you are interested in used... should be coming off of lease some time soon!

hahaha,
thanks for the replies....
i ended up picking up an 06...saved some cash big time
besides the seat colour, the fact that theres no reall diffs btwn an 06 and 07, made the decision so much easier
peace
