Thanks for the demo Muzz,

That Hymee exhaust is quite impressive.
Looked nice on the black Rx-8 too.

After the ride i've come to the conclusion that a new exhaust system really is a must have on any Rx-8. The Rx-8 is a gelding without it.

I'd love to hear what the Racing Beat sounds like before I order one. Any chance of listening to yours? I'm in Sydney as well and although I have a VFR800 now, I just ordered a Gixxer thou K5 (so I can try to keep up with you blade riders) :D

I'll try to be objective as I can... I drove a Racing Beat exhaust on the weekend for quite a while. It is quieter than the Hymee.

whats the exhaust dB limit nowaday?
last time i checked i think it was 90dB @ 4000rpm for moden cars for NSW

I think your right, it is an ADR though.

90dB @ 3/4 RPM of Max Power IIRC.

Mine measured 86 to 88 dB
