I guess it will need to get it from the US... the parts will be expensive, but possible.
In Japan the parts are basically from the assembly line. I doubt they will sell it seperately really. Good luck

We have a Garmin Ique 3600 and it's pretty good... could do with an option for an external antenna though..
Forget the retrofit option from either the US or Jap .. Mazda Oz quoted us 15 K in parts and labour to do it post delivery, and basically the entire dash, and headlining has to come out for a start....
