Was up in Bendigo yesterday....Bendigo Mazda have just one RX-8 on the floor, it's a green leather pack and they're selling it for under 60K. I assume that doesn't include on road, but it seems a good deal if anyone is after a green one...


T'was my first close up look at a green one...think I'd go for green instead of black if I wanted a dark colour. Quite sophisticated. Like a pretty blonde with glasses!

Anyway I wanted to connect my TV cable from the lounge room to my study - 2 point about 15m away. Any good idea. Easiest is to get a long cable and the indoor antenna is disappointing

 

Yeah Taka, you'll need a splitter and some good quality 75ohm (not 50ohm) coax. Don't use the cheap stuff with tin foil for the shield....get the stuff with the braid. Bob's your uncle...

Good memory Taka! Body back from OS today, after 3 wks away --- brain following later in the week -- still in another time zone :p Am looking at forum to keep self awake so will sleep straight thru tonight and re-adjust.

Gosh, I wished I'd had my 8 on some of the roads I drove .... but then I am mindful of its consumption and the petrol costs I'd have paid. The rental diesel I had was thus just the shot. G'night eyes held open w/matchsticks

 

Taka - I have a wireless signal transmitter and reciever setup. You can make me an offer if you want. It uses 2.4 GHz frequency, and handles video and audio. I first used it when I got a DVD player in my PC, but not a DVD player in the TV Room. So I put the transmitter on the TV-out of my PC's video card, and the receiver in the TV room and hooked it all up. Magic!

Just the trick for a gizmo driven fella like yourself. :D

It is AV input/output *(red, white and yellow plugs) only and that is why it does not work. Unless you can find me a transmitter that have RF input and output?!

My TV card only have co-axial cable input unfortunately
