LY RX8 wityh big chrome dubs and 'HUSSLR' numberplates. Another car parked behind.
Think Eric knows this guy.

What a BRILLIANT win by the Socceroos.

Still, a win's a win - especially at that level.
Not sure that Brazil will be such a happy outcome.
Speaking of 8 spotting, I was starting to think mine was the only one in the new suburb but walking to the bustop this morning another Ti with a factory spoiler cruised past.
I'll have to search him/her out. There's a bloke 4 doors down with a Triumph Stag (
) that he's always working on (what a shock!
). For a while there I was thinking he was the only car nut around. Might wander down with a six pack anyways - I'm sure he'd be good for a few tales of mechanical woe.

Sure Julia,
I was too rush this time - wanting to get out of Melbourne and do something crazy (driving my SP23 to Adel), but mainly to visit my best friend and his wife there. We (including lil Taka) had a great time.
The drive was ok. The trucks were the biggest problem. Passing them @ speed is scary at times. Speed I mean "Sandown" speed
.
SA highway is much better than the VIC counter part. The Dukes is more comfy to drive and much safer.

Finally found a plus to Sydney traffic congestion - more time to perve on slow-moving exotica.
Walking to a pub along Castlereagh last night, I kept pace with a bright red (is there any other colour?
) brand spanking new Ferrari SuperAmerica. Finally had a chance for an upclose look at how that retractable roof works. Sweet!
However, as per usual, the driver was old enough to be my Grandad and he probably hasn't revved it past 3K, let alone redlined it.
Then, this morning on the bus in the fog induced jam, I had a pristine Fazza 360 under my window for about 15 mins. In the end I gave up on my reading and just ogled.
To cap off a fun bit of car spotting, 3 RX8s passed me in quick succession just before the tollgates - 2 WB's and one SS.
