Before we necessarily assume that Carl and Ciao are one in the same, lets think of some possibilities that could explain it. There are a couple. They each have different e-mail addresses and live in different parts of the country. Yes that can be forged on one of them but usually the people that have 2 ID's typically slip up somehow. Second not all of the IP's match. There is a long list and only 4 or 5 match up to both. The interesting thing is that they don't match up with anyone else on the forum.
Two possibilities. One is that they have met in person and that they have logged onto the same computer(s) a few times. I can find 2 IP addresses that say both me an brillo are the same but we are friends and have logged in from each other's houses before. The second option is that since they have talked on the phone before about the turbo project, that one of them gave the other one his password so the other could update a thread for him. It could happen. Those are the only 2 alternatives I can think of but they are both very possible.
In case anyone is wondering how I even found this, some of the moderators and admins periodically do random IP checks of different forum members to see if they are actually alter egos of banned members. We get them alot. We eventually catch them.

RG, are the IP addresses always in the same range?
Also, I wasn't joking earlier about typing styles. Very similar even though some poor attempts to differentiate. That, IMHO, is quite compelling evidence.

To set the record straight without dragging on ,I'd like to say that Me ( Carl ) am a completely separate entity from Dave ( Ciao )
I am posting from My PC ( If you need to check ). Id like to say that I have seen Ciao Cop a bashing for what I had started in the Exhaust thread ( yes I did start that Fiberglass issue not Dave ) and have had some support for his project ( as have most of you guys )
