End of story.
I'll settle for an answer to Mikey's question but I suppose by now he/they have had a chance to find someone in Adelaide to give him/them the answer.

Rotorenvy's right - this is all very . Must be a quicker way of solving these kind of forum issues.

Thread has degenerated into a bunch of useless bickering. Will be reopened after being cleaned up AND if you all can stay on topic.

Talking

Ooh ooh I know the answers to the questions bout the chimney and stuff...am happy to wade into this one....anything for an interesting time....and I must say that previous thread posts have been different....

I thought Hindley street was getting better......since the Uni has taken the western end over it's become a little arty farty really.....sure there are still some ladies of this night but really there is nothing like a late night cruise down Hindley...and yes unless you are in your late 40's it's still seen as a cruising strip...not literally mind you!!

Norwood's for yuppies who lurve a cafe' latte' and then Glenelg is only nice in the summer....

Am sure the Adelaide City Council would love to see Hindley St described as a cess pool...they've been trying for the last 5 years to tidy it up!! There are even nice cafes there now and my clients sometimes stay at a hotel on hindley...they think it's ok...??

Just my .2 worth seeing as I live here and all these bad vibes are getting me down!!

Also what's wrong with driving Mallala??? I know it's not Phillip Island....but hey it's all we got!

This is true as a fiberglass presilencer's life has on occassion been judged in block driven before death. As a rear muffler where the heat is alot less, they aren't really a problem. A muffler failure at the rear is usually a result of manufacturing differences and not so much with the material of the packing. I've used Dynomax superturbo mufflers which are not straight through, fiberglass, and only have crimped seams (not welded) and I've never had one fail on me. Others have used Edelbrock mufflers which were straight through and have had failures. Fiberglass back there isn't much of a concern.

Thanks for your input, RG. I pointed this out to Ciao when he slagged off Hymee's mufflers some time back in this thread ....

Does the fact that there have been no failures of a Hymee system over 3 continents and 2 years indicate anything to you?
Ciao seems to respect your opinion, RG. Maybe you'd like to chime in here now, Ciao??

It was strange that both Ciao and CarlRX8 dumped on me over the mufflers, and they have occasionally had the same IP address. I guess that is on topic LOL!

Cheers,
Hymee.

As you must be aware, it is increasingly difficult for us to pick any difference between you and Ezzy lately.....

Hence my Jaffa comment......
