As people have been experiencing... 114 is about what you get at the wheel. Prob gone into safe mode.

Anyway, enough discussion of someone behind his back since he is not an RX-8 owner anymore.

I had a look at the Gruppe M website - there's no air filter kits out for the RX8 yet (apart from the K&N typhoon intake) so that pic before was most likely of an intake with a 'Gruppe M' sticker put on it....

I think I just understood your post - I mean there are no GRUPPE M intake kits out for the RX8 and that the K&N typhoon was the only kit they had on their web site

What were you expecting? The HKS Suction Kit to turn the 8 into a WRX eater?

Still! I think $1000 is really alot. I think I will safe the money for the flywheels as I am happy with the K&N replacement with cold air induction... :p Anyway, lets talk something BIG in horse power! Mazda is considering launching RX-8 turbo with 360 horses..... Just read the news from the latest car mag.

Not at all, simply pointing out that your "sucker" has created the most dynamic thread since...???? Taka's baby or Tony's dingle.

And after 6 pages I don't feel any more educated or inspire to drop a gorilla on an HKS and I'm just gunna get over it!!

You go with whatever floats your boat and it is a very nice piece of yellow.:D

As far as I know the news about the RX-8 turbo was from Australia! Is a shame that it is written in Chinese, otherwise I will post it up here. Most of the people say the Blitz supper charge is better then the turbo in trems of reliability and drivability....agian, its all depends on what you are looking for.
