Bought the intercooler today and got my hands on my BOV

The Turbo is pulled apart and some adjustments have been made

The turbo is a complete ground up fabrication and is mated specifically to all other componentry..and to the cars CFM levels

We did this all on the latest state of the art computor design techniques

We want a big enough turbo that will give us instant power with virtually no lag

Going by our estimates we will have spool up times slightly quicker than the Greddy but with so much more flow

These new design bearings are something to be seen
These exact turbo designs are what was used to get the world record for 12a and 13b

Our next step is to fabricate a new manifold... Trcky stuff .....Gees shes tight down there.. :D ( I wonder what Lock would say right now)

What's your timetable? Any chance you'll have it all done and dusted by 21 October, and bring it down to the proposed RX-8 Nationals at Wakefiled? We're going to try to get all the FI developments we're aware of there

Well it took Mazda Maniac in the states to fabricate a kit from nothing in a couple of weeks ,so I am being maybe optimistic,maybe a month I guess ??

If we encounter problems , I will fly Mazda maniac out here,, and put him up ,,treat him to a holiday .. No one foum member has offered so much , in my opinion.. He's a great guy

I will be at the Nationals with bells on . Guarantee it :D
