I love it Taka. I'll take one for the front and back. Slimline of course. We can then also use them for all our other track days down here. Let the guys in the Porshe's and FTP Fords and HSV's know who's passing them

Mine will be the blue ones. Let me know when you want to do it and we can order together.
I did it again :o. Please don't tell Danielle :p

I still have to hear from the sponsor itself... hehe :p come on Hymester :p

Okay the Hymee Enhanced is a good compromise.. But the plates you were looking at only supported 6 characters.. What will Lock & Load use? or 18Jambo74
Lock has to have something different ... I don't think there is any company does the "&"
I will find out

For Jambo

I want a few of these also. Perhaps something other than this log-in?

Is that possible?

Hi all...am back, but only sort of, as I have one of those post-international flight doses of 'flu, so I feel totally crap. Will try to update lists later this weekend.

Hey, I reckon those plates look just fantastic...a great way of linking this virtual world into the real.

Am disappointed to see Revolver pulling out Hey big fella, there's lots of time to plan so as to avoid family/work clashes

I like. Something that is big enough to be seen while driving is the key. I like the idea of having a permanent momento of the event to keep.

Taka,

Stirling idea old chap :D

Azzaboynt will fit nicely or maybe just AZZA... I'll just lump it all in with the cost of the "outing"

"Look honey, they gave me a free numberplate!" :D

hehe

rx88er have already done some enquries but I am going to see if:-

1. Hymee is sponsoring for those plate (to a certain extent).

2. Whether if fancyplate.com can put Hymee's logo in.

rx88er or myself will get back to you guys on this. I also look at some other ones in Melbourne, which is not like the reflective on in UK, but more of the traditional OZ plate style :D

When have more idea - will post.

wow... first time readying this thread and it is already 14 pages long....

thumbs up for timbo for organising it, and hope it all goes well. i will not be able to make it 99% as i will be away for my b'day with the gf, she will be back in sydney between late october/early novmebr for it.

now... here are a couple of questions/points i'd like to make...

1. has anyone worked out a total estimated cost for ppl from all states? ie. fuel, accommondation, track use, food, etc.

2. has anyone checked with their insurance company re: track day cover?

will see if i can finish the lip spolier and have it moulded by then, im happy to donate a couple as prizes (supply only, unpainted). just gotta work out a plan for it.

anyway, will check this thread later and go from there

As far as i know no standard insurance policy will cover track day event , i knew i was up for all costs if i smashed my car the last time i was at Goulburn

The cost of the track day will be divided by the number of members attending the more attendes the lesser the cost .

Last time me and the Hymster stayed right next to the track in a shearers shed the cost was $15 per person .

Petrol and other track costs( brakepads , tyres etc ) are going to far outweigh the cost of food and accomodation .

Nice to see that finally your lip spoiler might be in the pipeline , but i am not holding my breath waiting

It's been finished for a while, Ezzy just hasn't had time to make a mold of it. It definitely looks the goods...... I can vouch for that.

BTW, Goulburn or Gold Coast? Nationals or Indy? Looking at sheep or eyecandy? .......hmmm, what to do, what to do?

correct, im aware of that, thats why i "hinted".... however, with my shannons insurance policy, i will be able to take the 8 on the track, provided i give them a call before hand

As i recall i slept with one eye open with the Hymster farting and snoring most of the night in the bunk next to me it wasnt what id call fun :p plus the excitiment of getting on the track was too much , so i hardly slept :D

Ezzy sounds like he needs more staff to help him with his bussiness or another set of hands :D

When in doubt of what to do Do them all its only time and money , and a wise man has both .

Thanks xxup, Kalli and Timbo for your empathy.

Will try hard to get there but as it looks unlikely I thought it only fair to give an early heads up so you could get someone else to organise the recalcitrant Sydney contingent.

Not that my vote counts now but I think the number plate idea is fun. As for putting names on stickers across the top of the windscreen a la touring cars from the seventies, I think that is also a great idea and would probably be cheaper than you think. It would also be a lot more visible than plates.

Have to stop reading this thread - it is causing too much pain!!
