OnCam - this is a Mystery tour. If you really need to know then give me a good reason why you need to know before the event.

Ok Accommodation has been confirmed and I will be putting a deposit on the second place today.
So what I need is confirmed numbers of people who are coming along for the overnight stay.
Basically we will have room for up to 20 people and the first to confirm and pay their money will have somewhere to stay.
For couples who need a room for themselves, I suggest you might like to get in quick.

Cost for the overnight stay at this stage will be $30.00 per person.

If we only get 10 people to come along then that price will go up a bit.
If we get 20 people to come along then it may go down a bit.

and I will send you some bank details so you can confirm you're in for the overnight stay.

Don't forget people less then 3 weeks to go.

Hope everyone is getting their cars ready for great weekend away.
I look forward to hearing from a few others regarding payment for the overnight stay.
Best thing will be to have at least two people per car, as it hard to read all the clues for the mystery tour when you are driving at the same time, and we don't want you getting lost do we.

Heres an incentive for all the people who are still thinking about coming along on our Mystery tour.

If you pay for the over night stay before Sat 16th of March the price stays at $30 per person.
After that date the price goes up to $40 per person and if paid on the 23rd then it goes up to $50 per person.

I hope this helps you make up your mind, as we would really like to see you all there.

Doesnt look like i can come, the car is having a few problems that will leave me stranded out in the middle of no where. Any ways cant wait to see the pictures and drive safely everyone

Hey Bluerx, if you are still keen to come along but can't bring your car, then maybe one of the others who is coming along might like to have an extra passenger or someone to help read the clues for the tour?

If anyone needs a co driver/questions reader, then please post that you would like to have someone help you out.

It's a shame so many have had to cancel they will just have to look at the photos and be jealous

I'm sure the rest of us will be able to work things out so that Rotaman isn't out of pocket for organizing what is sure to be a fun weekend.

Hey Pottsy, good to see you are coming along too.

Its good that we have a few faithfuls that have been along before and don't want to miss out on a good fun weekend.

I've completed the mystery tour for Day one now, and I will leave Day two open to being weather dependent.
There's the Leadfoot festival if the weather is good, but I'm not sure of what would be good if the weather is not so good?
Anyway have a think about what else you might be keen to do on the Sunday.
