the deluxe kit (the one we have always sold) has added new features but pricing has remained constant for a while

the kit I linked to before is the new 'budget' version which has much less features but costs a lot less

installation is similar for both units

I am wanting a backup camera since I can't see when I'm parked to back out can someone tell me can I use my navigation screen that's in my 2004 RX8 for the backup monitor and if so how to do it Thanks so much

oh ouch!! Too pricey for me as well,I thought for sure by now 2015 there is a better priced way.I've been seeing camera on EBay with a monitor for less then 30.00 but I was hoping I could just use my Nav screen but I know nothing about this stuff..

Yeah, I don't either. I imagine there's a way to do it cheaply, but I'm afraid to start messing with my 8's electrical system.
$200 for the interface on sale now.
It appears to be the easiest way that I've seen utilizing the factory nav system.
I'm not very tech savvy, so I've thought about doing that.
If you find a way to do it, please update with the info.
