Ok guys/gals, with the increasing amount of people looking for local events or just information, I thought we should start a thread where we can all share and talk about;

Cruise-ins and meets

Introduce our selves

Meet other members in the area, etc.. etc..

This way I believe we can come to agreements on times and dates for meets before we post a new meet thread!

there are meets almost every month!

There is a place called Auto Salon LLC on Montgomery Road right by the Montgomery Ford Dealership. They do a great job! I am actually taking my car there this week or next week to get all nice and clean. Also getting all the swirl marks and rock chips taken out.

We need to get a meet very soon!!

I just bought a RX8 last friday and I am really excited. My name is kelli and I live in western hills. I am glad I found this site and I am looking forward to meet other rx8 drivers

We should go for a cruise on some twisties and head somewhere to get something to eat and get some drinks. Just my first thoughts, but I will keep posting when I come up with some more stuff.....

I got an idea! back, when i used to live in NJ, during the cold weather i used to go to meets with my older brother but they were more like ...
Dinner and cruise
paint ball meet
go kart meet
random indoor parking lot and movies...

just some ideas....

I will do go kart and paintball stuff. I love that kind of crap. Dinner and a cruise is good same with a movie.

Dude, thanks for that ride in your car!! Makes me want a turbo so bad! I cant believe the difference and wish our cars came stock with a tubo! Im def interested in getting one now!!

dude, no prob... but i got some bad news...
the battery of car died saturday night so i was like watever i just go get it fixed on sunday morning..
i got it charged on sunday but it apparently has reset the computer of the car...
i took it for a drive today... and my car keep dying almost evry time i got to a stop sign.....

i got to wait until tomorrow so i can talk to the rx7 store to figure out what happened.....

Damn dude!! Sorry to hear! how did the battery die?? The car started up fine when we went for a ride. Thats crazy!!

Hope you get everything fixed!! Maybe they can send you the files through email and you can load it into your car?? Hope all goes well man!

my battery had exploded.

.. the inside liquid (acid) has eroded some of the tubes around the battery bay....

We hangout, talk, talk about cars, talk about whats going on in our lives, just basically bs. We also play some games and grill out and just have a good time with everyone. Then we will usually go on a cruise. Thats the best part because when you have 4+ rx8's lined up together driving, it will def turn heads and get people talking! Very exciting!

Meets are always a great time!
