How do u fix the secondary injection ? And how much does it affect performance?

It doesn't affect performance... its simply used to heat the cat quicker upon startup.
Though if the air pump isn't heating the cat, it could decrease the life of your cat and THEN affect performance.
This could be your air pump, the actuator, or the solenoid.
Do you hear a motor whining sound when you start the car?
