Uninstall AccessPort for service

Just a generic question - I'm getting the clutch recall TSB done on my car (although the dealership said something like they'll charge me if the squeaking isn't the TSB), but should I worry about uninstalling my AccessPort maps before bringing the car into the dealership?

No, they won't know you are running a custom flash. But if you are worried they are going to update your cars ECU then you could uninstall it just to be safe.
