Could seafoaming have helped?

So here's the background from my thread last year...

I drove it later this morning and it drove fine so I went to Auto Zone and got the CEL checked out...nothing, no code at all. Any ideas?

Also, the temp was about 30 degrees this morning if that has anything to do with it, she usually goes out and starts it and lets it warm up a bit but she didn't this morning.

I remembered this moment this morning after getting up, starting the car, and realizing the temp was 26* outside so I let it warm up for 15 minutes (it was completely warm at that time) started driving it and it drove perfectly! No limp mode or anything which really surprised me. The only things I have done since then were seafoamed the engine, seafoamed the OMP nozzles, and replaced the plugs. Which do you think may have done the trick to not throw it into limp mode this morning?

Maybe there was nothing wrong with the car at all. Perhaps she mistakenly was in a higher gear than she thought she was; like, she may have been in third, thinking she was in first and so on through the gears.

Not even close, she's driven a stick longer than I have and it did it to me twice in the same winter in the same situation, it had to be below 30*

On a serious note though, anyone think one or 2 of those could contribute to this? it could help some poor, unsuspecting noob (like I was) in the future.
