Where is the freakin customer service now-a-days?? I swear, is it worth a measly couple hundred dollars to get your name ran through the mud?? I can understand mistakes happen, but how a business corrects the mistakes and makes SURE the customer is happy is the end all be all in any buying situation. I have had numerous buying situations dealing with terrible customer service, i wonder if the "big dogs" in these businesses have any clue they have imcompetant morons working for them. Well, one thing for sure i will NOT buy from this company or any other i see in this section on this site.
