Heel to Toe Gas Pedal Mod

I've been working on a idea so I can downshift and feather the gas (rpm matching). it still needs a little work (re: shaping) but in preliminary testing over the last few days it seems to help. A friend and I made it from two pieces of aluminum one thin for the bracket and then a thick piece bolted and shape on the bracket. After I install it it help with the large gap between the gas and brake pedals and it 's a lot easier to give gas as I brake and downshift. As you can see it still a little crude!

The extra bite on the brake and clutch pedal is nice too

You guys can do it the easy way by just moving the pedal over to the left... you're able to unscrew it and screw it back in different holes but the screw won't go all the way down. Just buy different screws. A couple of us have done that here in SoCal.

It was perfect for me, it moved it over by a good 3/4 of an inch and that was perfect.

Imagine using three legs... you'll never have to heal toe ever again! Though... I'll probably develop a rash on my third leg or get some kind of urinary tract infection...

Unless you have a knee problem, just practice are pedals are pretty close to each other so they are good for heel toe. Practice it takes awhile.

Theres a DIY on moving the gas pedal. I think its pretty old too. Some people said it might be bad to move the pedal so close to the break because in the case of an emergency you might acidentally jam the gas a lil when you hammer on that break.
