Errr. . brake dust ... errr usually I clean it every week or 2, but I got lazy and didn't clean it for about a month and a half ... anyways .... errr the brake dust would not come off my rims .. I tried that hot wheels stuff which contained acid and scrubed it ... won't come off .. tried soap , almost everything .... did the brake dust "dye" my rims ? :(

Dunno how you should get that off, mine comes off whith that wheel cleaner stuff..

But after you get it off, get one of those little california dusters that are for the inside of your dash, and use that to wipe off the break dust regularly so it doesnt build up.

Mine comes off well with a soft bristled wheel brush & car soap and water. I get it good and lathery which seems to do the trick just fine.
