td04 turbo

is the td04 turbo from the subaru wrx to small to put in my car...i have one just wanting to be used

If you're not able to read a flowchart for a turbo you can't build a properly balanced turbo kit for your car from scratch.
There are some charts posted here that might help your research and build though
Building a kit is not just copy\pasting some objects on some pipes!

Get another one or two and put them all on...maybe then will you have enough flow for about 340whp...

Equipped with compressor blade sealing

WG Port open 77.7 kPa @ 2mm, 89.9 @ 4mm

There are better options, the VF39 does not have a ball bearing center section. BTW, it's an IHI turbo. Plus isn't it a dual scroll turbo? I could be wrong though.

its a single scroll...only reason i ask is because i have 3 friends who have turbos just laying around

I know one of the STI's had a dual scroll, either way its too small I think for the rotary. Look up the flow charts for the VF39.
