So thats what dom was doing...selling the parts several times...I bought the stereo and wondered why it came incomplete

That's $100 for the steering wheel and $15 for the shipping.

I had an agreement with Dom on the silver trim & the console piece that runs from the ashtray to the drink carrier covering the gear shifter as of this past weekend which was I would drive up there Saturday and pay him upon picking the parts up. However, I haven't heard a peep from Dom... he hasn't returned any PM's. If you pass and take the refund, I would still like to get the parts.

well if you decide that you still want the parts, if you can come up when greddy comes you can work it out with him. Selling parts from that car is no longer through me, pm greddy if you want something. once again this thread is just for people that have already bought from me and havent received what they ordered.

Hi Greddy, I sure that cayeypro doesnt mean to offend you in any ways. After all, Dom has gave fake promises and scam us all, that's why he's so pissed with him and not you. He obviously has spend all the money we have send and is now waiting for yours to pay us - if he wants to pay us.

So Greddy, as mentioned, can YOU do the refund with the money you are going to pay Dom? I see no reason why Dom wont disagree unless he already doesnt want to pay us again. You can pay him the remainder after clearing us all. That way, you can be sure that all of us will be able to deal with you once our money is back.

For the rest of us who has not received the money, I would say we be patient until Greddy gets the car and of course, if he can refund us directly, it be the best. If not, I would say, we bend together to bring this guy to return our money. I dont care if he bring his father's lawyer, his grandfather's lawyer, his great grandfather's lawyer to counter sue, I have been exremely patient with him and he obviously has took me for granted.

Dom - if you are looking at this, I have already told you that Monday is the deadline for you to give me any evidence that you are refunding my money. So far, you chose to hide yourself. Remember what I have mentioned to you in the PM, if my country's police is informed, they have a judisation with your country so whatever your country's punishment gave you, you will repeat it once more in my country. I would suggest all of us who has paid him seek a refund and then buy through you. It will be faster than finding new customers.

I know it is extremely inconvenience to ask of you to refund the money on Dom's behalf especially when he is the cause of all this in the first place. But if you could, I am sure all of us would be extremely gratefull and would keep your help in mind in the future be it when you need help in sales or anything else.

Since Dom's account may be struck offline so there is no way to verify whether he refunded. I suggest that all of us provide the paypal evidence that we have paid to Dom's account. It can be saved and email to you so that you can refund the correct amount. No more, no less.

So please DO NOT PAY Dom at all once you get the car. Because, if he so gracefully put it that he is going to pay us using your money, frankly I TRUST HIM NO MORE. He might just run away again and there will be no end to this.

Please consider my proposal and if you need help to consolidate to pass you the evidence, I would help.

Okie I understand what you meant. Giving Dom to clear off what he own others and then pay him the remainer after our loans are clear makes sense too. But I just hope that half the amount you are paying him is sufficient to clear ALL our debts.

those who paid electronically id say file a dispute with paypal/bank/credit card company and those who paid via money order or personal check, since you have his address send a certified letter to him asking for a refund...if that doesnt work, you have proof he is not complying with your request and you may contact the locals'

So ya, Dom HAS the money for refunding so if there is no success in you guys getting your refunds within a week or so then i will simply not be paying the rest of what i owe him... why give more money to him if hes not holding up his side of the deal just so he can pocket it and leave me with the troubles... I'm not in the the Good Guy/Bay Guy section very often and usually I just AIM dom to communicate with him. Since he hasn't been on AIM recently and I noticed this thread purely by accident I decided to post here. He also told me he sent me the console piece almost 3 weeks ago. Even asked me what I'm going to do with the piece when I receive it (after I told him 'forget it' I want a refund) making it look like that he sent it to me.

Yes I asked Greddy for parts, but I agree with your assessment of the situation RR. Greddy is under no obligation to help us out, though I appreciate him trying to be helpful.

As it is, I paid $550 for wheels and TPMS and am waiting. This is my official claim.

The sad thing is that so many normally smart people can so quickly be taken in. The other part is just how amoral this guy Dominic Pirozzolo is. If he truly wanted to do right, he would answer each person one by one, address the issues that he says he now can, and do right. Take a look at his "last post date" and it is from Sept. 29th, his mail box is full, and he seems to have pushed it all off on the poor fellow who is buying the car. I guess the best thing that ca be said, from my side, is that this is the first and only time I have ever witnessed and been victimized by a member of any car forum.

So ive talked to Dom a few times and he said he is getting all the addresses from people and refunding but i have no idea where he is on that... im trying to keep things that people have paid for in case i need to give them up, but as i see it i got a good bit of money to make up and cant really do that just shipping out all the parts i paid for... they just keep adding up and almost nothing left on the car to sell... :icon_no2:

1. Try to contact Dom
2. If no refund, file paypal strike, or
3. seek legal action or advice
4. If successful in refund hope i still have the parts for sell
5. If not, take a hit from Dom's lack of ethics and hope i still have the parts for sell

I will tell you that you can file a civil suit against Dom, it cost $25 to file the suit and once you go to court you can request that he pay the fee for that as well.

I would be happy to take it to some friends of mine here at the PD and see where they can go with it from there.
