Your engine moves under load and rubs against your cables. The ground cable itself was eaten half way through by your pulley, lol.

I say you just relocated all your ground wires.

 

^^ +1 with john it might work wouldn't hurt to try out.......you remember the ground cable for my amp? i move it to the rear shock bolt like we tried originally but it wouldnt fit (no homo) went to radioshack and now it works perfectly must be a wayyyy better ground.
