I used to have axis wheels before the ones I have now..they were pretty decent...higher quality than ROTA's at least...I would say somewhere similar to Enkei

i was just at there warehouse i like some of their designs and price seems pretty decent plus they mount tires from free it seems.

ya they are in santa fe springs I have been there once or twice its a pretty nice place. My guess is you were either looking at the Halo or Super Hiro wheel.
