cigars im down with special ocations i go to the smoke shop buy myself a nice cigar and chill but cigarette smell really annoys me i was the onlyone that successfully helped my grandma quit by being an aswhole and telling her she was selfish and was gonna die when i was like 7 haha

Here's what I don't get:
back in the 50's and 60's the effects of cigarette smoking wasn't very well known / documented so I can understand why our parents smoked but these days?! I'm not bashing cigarette smokers, I have friends who smoke but I DON'T GET IT.

I smoked for about 11 years maybe more, I started when i was a kid. I quit about a year and half ago it was hard, very very hard. Now I'll have the occasional smoke when I'm drinking heavily which i try to avoid, then again I'll do just about anything when i drink that much its a sad sad sight.

For people with addictive personalities like myself its extremely hard even if they find something else to get addicted to its still hard to drop the other things.

I had to find a multitude of things to get addicted to and i wound up dropping the addiction to smoking. there is tons of research out there but its all BS everyone's different you can generalize a whole portion of society.

anyways yea.
