from what I remember no other one but the stock cat will pass smog for you. If you are pretty close with the davesport cat maybe you can have a shop "help" you pass though

 

mvc3 looks good, but i'm not liking the control scheme, with it coming out so soon i doubt they'll change it

 

What's wrong with the controls?

 

instead of the traditional 3 punch/3 kick layout, or even the MVC2 layout with 2P/2K and 2 assist buttons, they use 3 attack buttons (weak, med, strong), 2 assist buttons, and the last i guess they're now calling the "air combo" button
