its the minor details that make a show car not just parts slapped together like the paint quality, minor details you would overlook like cleaning up and tucking wiring harnesses and cleaning up the engine bay, you could have the same effect as those cars but just better executed, kinda like deedubbs car its way cleaner than your average miata

 

RX8 on fitted 19's, an aggressive drop, and a clean yet slightly aggressive kit will have far more presence than 99% of show miatas IMHO.

 

i do that too then you experiment with colors and endless possibilities lol

 

yes true....and I have not seen many nice looking 8's at shows lately.

 

Mike, I'm surprised you didn't pick up on this; Part of what makes the miata so awseom is that 20 year old *abused but loved* aura they give off, IMHO at least. I'd rather have a miata with a bit of soul to compliment the looks than the cleanest body/paint ever. But that's all IMHO of course...

 

cause most 8s are nice dailys idk i think a car is ment to be driven, so as long as it is good parts in a good combination it might not be perfect but at least you enjoy it better than a lil trailer queen that is too shiney
