The owner of FRSports gave me a $125 1:10 scale GT-R kit. It's the TOP SECRET GT-R Version R.

It's all pre-painted, all I have to do is assemble it.

they think its the motor.. but story short i was driving it lost all power then would downshift and still hae no power.. so i pulled over got it to start again then it compeltly stopped runnign till this morning it would turn on then die.. then i towed it 200 miles to a dealership and it decided to run.. but they think its the motor but mazda is making them do all kinda of tests so ill be straded till wednesday till the get the cat in to test it..

 

dang that sucks..... hopefully all goes well....

Jeeez just them them to do a compression test. then check the PCM. and coil packs. should be to hard.

They checked compression coils and the pcm? I highly doubt its the cat if your backfiring its most likely ignition.
