Basically, dozer was driving around and some douche who was on crack started screaming in his car, got out of his car, and started punching and beating dozer's car. I was not there, I wish I was, I'd jump out and do a flying dragon kick and shoot a fireball at him.

 

just my car, my windows were rolled up, he came up and spat on car and as we were taking off broke the side mirror, the lady behind us pulled over with us and said she doesnt mind being a witness

well yeah but even with the plates the guy wouldnt have gotten arrested, it was already to late for me to turn, on coming traffic cut me off to top it off

 

I doubt that he got arrested. If he did, the police station would have called you and asked if you want to file charges.

 

yeah i called the HBPD and they said even if they caught him (even with witnesses) they couldnt arrest him or hold him for anything, the police have to catch the dude doing it redhanded
