How much are you dropping it?

 

Dang you are going to need some rolling and camber to slam that but it will look sweet.

 

Haha the rears definitely rubbed at stock height, but I dropped it about an inch in the rear last night and preloaded the springs pretty heavily so it doesn't rub unless I take a really hard corner. I'm dropping it another .5" tonight and maxing out the camber so if it still rubs, which it probably will, I'm going to roll the fenders. I haven't dropped the front yet so I have yet to see how tucked the wheels will be or how much they're gonna rub.

The coilovers allow a 2.25" all around so probably 1.5-1.75" in the back and 2.25" in the front.

 

maaan, you're ride is gonna be slammmed. its gonna be rediculous especially with your wheels!

 

Speaking of rolling, does anyone in the San Diego area own or know someone who owns a fender roller?

 

Haha luckily it's not my DD so my back won't suffer from every little bump in the road and my wallet won't suffer from buying tires every few months when the camber is maxed out

As i suspected. The +27 offset pushed the lip a little past the fender. I'm looking to stay a little more conservative in my offset however i am interested in the 9.5 setting. I was also really interested in seeing them in black - so you basically helped me twice in one post! Thanks!!

What's the shop?

Anything that's labor intensive I prefer to do on my own... ie if it takes longer than an hour or two which translates to a couple hundred dollars in shop labor. Back in school there was a guy in our car group that owned one so it basically became the sluttiest tool in the collection, everyone had a go with it.
