does a mod HAVE to have the CARB sticker to be "CARB legal"

i was just wondering because when i got stopped the other day the cop was giving **** about how i have an intake (its mazdaspeed) and it doesnt have a carb sticker so he was saying how i could get a state ref. for that and what not...

but i was thinking that mazdaspeed cai is CARB legal, am i right?
so if it doesnt have the sticker on it, does that make it not ok?

 

I have no clue... I remember not being able to stand, laying on the ground to smoke a cigarette, falling over like ten times when someone was trying to spank my ***, and that's pretty much it.

Everything and anything that is a aftermarket product designed for the power train is illegal unless it's C.A.R.B. certified.

I don't think the Racing Beat REVi intake is CARBed... they just look stock so the patrol officers don't notice that it's aftermarket.

 

ya the revi intakes arent carb legal, thats why i decided on the MS intake....not sure on how to obtain another carb sticker tho
